But this place offered me something not in the menu and it's what I've been craving for that 30 years "duk boki" The food here is amazing the hospitality, and them willing to explanr the food is awesome. “ Angela was a fantastic host. The owners largely have limited English, but were patient enough to understand us and we were patient to explain or ask. They helped in the bbq , explained each meat. They taught us how to make the beef , rare medium and medium, stood next to us and patiently stepped through the cooking process. They gave us unlimited salads , in particular I have a stronger spice need . I asked for the chili powder that was sprinkled in the lettuce as a separate side. They understood with the limited English and delivered. Next I asked for just the sesame oil that was otherwise served with an interesting salt. When they came with the oil , I asked it be poured into chili flake side and I made my own chili oil as a quick fix for my spice intake. All of the dishes were simply fantastic and an experience of great interaction to get the very best. They were upfront in stating the tip was included in the bill , nobody does that , just their straight forward attitude and kindness allowed us to add an extra tip on top. We also asked the owner the meaning of their restaurant name. With his little English, he made great attempts to explain and we understood it as Cows grazing in pasture. Jan 3 , 2024 , this place was so awesome we went back for dinner. They treated us like royalty and really took care of us very well. ”
